Maritime Career Festival

Bring the family to explore the exciting world of maritime careers at the 3rd Annual Maritime Career Festival, presented by the Propeller Clubs of Norfolk and Newport News. Join the fun on September 19, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mariners’ Museum & Park in Newport News, Virginia. This hands-on event gives kids a chance to discover the maritime industry through simulators and tools, heavy equipment, interactive exhibits, and more. The day also features food and snack vendors, face painting, music, and family-friendly activities. It’s a fun way to introduce the next generation to careers and opportunities on and around the water.
